On a more positive note the hotel amenities are amazing, and the food can be pretty good, but this trip has left a bad taste in my mouth about Viejas. I am disappointed because I hold Viejas at such a high standard, but maybe it should be lowered since they lowered my value here. I used to feel like a valued player here even when I was bronze, but it seems like ever since the club change and rebranding I don’t matter anymore unless I am gold or platinum. My voicemails go unanswered and feel insignificant here now. I play enough to have a host, and every time I try and get in contact with her I get voicemail or told I’ll get a follow up call or email that never comes. Since I’ve been dropped to silver I get treated like dirt even tho I’m playing at the same rate and quickly approaching gold. I was Gold (VIP) for a while, but a family death kept me from playing for a few months. I’ve been a player at Viejas for 8 years now. Willows Hotel & Spa, Viejas Casino & Resort’s new adults-only resort-within-a resort will lavish guests with a range of high-end and high-tech amenities.
